It's impossible to get a response from Teamson. We need a pump for three-tiered fountain that has the three light connections on the ford, impossible to get a response. And website SUCKs.

The Customer Service from this company is top notch. While one hopes to never need customer service it is good to know that they are quick to respond and keep you informed at every step of the way. I don't write reviews often about products but when support and help are above the norm I want to recognize it. Support was outstanding and the product quality is good.

WOW, just WOW! The adorable Little Chef Westchester Retro Play Kitchen was simple to put together by myself and is exactly as described in the description. When unboxing all of the pieces, I noticed the handles were not shipped. I was a bit skeptical and thought I might have a problem with this company that I had never heard of before. I immediately called and left a message then also sent an email. To my surprise, my call was returned promptly and my email was immediately answered. The bookshelf arrived quickly and packaged really well. There were no missing pieces, no damage and the instructions were easy to follow. The finish and dinosaur art was great.
