I am new to the site and bought a Lorcana Trove box that said it was unopened a few days ago. Today I go to view the order status for tracking info and the order says trove box with no contents. How is this unopened? Now I wasted money because you can’t return or contact customer service. I will never buy anything on this site again.

Ordered some cards for a Christmas treat to myself, I have not received nearly $100 worth of cards that i ordered and its now nearly the end of January. I contacted customer service who said they could either resend or issue a refund, they could not resend and stated they did not have the items in stock despite seeing plenty available on the site , and i have repeatedly since requested a refund to my paypal. Still nothing! Avoid this scam company and go somewhere else!

Bought off here, first and last time too. XY break through, y'all really going to reseal that? Y'all at tcg scammers and broke. Get your stuff off mercari or ebay. I weighed it right away when I got it I could tell it was missing cards, it weighed 18.4 😂 pathetic site and people and they glued it like the morons they are. Update, I ended up opening it cuz I got a refund, the cards were fake. Did the rip test no ink. No wonder it weighed less and actually was 10 cards 😂 cards looked horrible. Color and font was off

Sellers were very rude. Tcgplayer staff was also very very rude. Better places to spend your money and time. Avoid!

When attempting to purchase a Christmas gift, TCGplayer responded by billing my credit card, then sending me an email that my transaction had been cancelled due to an "issue with my account". I do not have an account, as I was attempting to purchase a gift. Their customer service is limited to a ChatBot that is unable to respond to any issues without an account reference.

Their customer service is a joke (its a bot that does little to nothing). Their login/auth flow it completely broken to the point where none of their account creation links work. They don't even send you a confirmation email when making a new account AND their password reset doesn't work. Basically their website is broken beyond belief for a company of this size.

Worst company to buy from unless you want to waste money on buying a single card. If you make a larger order you dont get it.

Una stella solo perché non si può dare meno. Dopo un mese hanno ammesso di aver perso il mio ordine e quando ho contattato l'assistenza mi hanno assicurato una nuova spedizione. Dopo un altro mese l'assistenza è completamente sparita, se si prova a contattarli ti risponde un messaggio preimpostato o un bot. Peggiore esperienza in assoluto per acquisti online, sconsigliatissimi
