Package arrived in 36 DAYS. The seller gave me a link to tcgtracker.com that I couldn't access, customer service are plane bots and generic emails. And the worst part: one of the cards was WRONG, a cheaper one of the same trainer. Awful first time buyer experience.

I’ve had a frustrating experience ordering from this place. Almost every time I place an order, I end up receiving a partial refund because items are apparently out of stock. It makes it really difficult to rely on them or keep track of what I’m actually going to receive. The inventory management seems inconsistent, and you never really know what will be refunded until after you order. To make things worse, the compensation doesn’t feel fair — getting a small credit (like $1.00 for a $0.40 issue) doesn’t really solve the inconvenience, and being told to “try again” isn’t helpful. Overall, I’d rather avoid the hassle and just shop at local stores where I know what I’m getting.
