Awful communication and technical issues. I ran into an issue where the wrong address information kept auto-populating. Several of my purchases went to the wrong address. After correcting my profile TWICE, the issue was unresolved and they told me to just contact the seller. The seller of course, told me to contact TCG

Terrible experience as a seller on this platform. 2 items sold, 100% positive feedback yet my account is frozen. I submitted my ID, social security, bank info etc and still have not opened my account back up. I'll continue to buy/sell on ebay. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Locked account due to incorrect billing address entered once. Made a new account. The lock continued to that account due to all info being the same. Cost nearly 100$ since my orders kept getting automatically canceled. Want to cuss a lot, system will not let me.

Checkout is so poorly designed, making accidental orders way to easy. If you add items to your cart while not logged in, then login when prompted at checkout, any items you had added cart previously when logged in gets added to your new check out cart. So annoying to click "check out" with one seller in your car then find you accidentally ordered a single $0.43 card from a second seller whose item was added because you logged into your account at checkout.

Was sold opened and re sealed packs as well as being shorted a $90 booster bundle. TCG player did nothing to help fix the issue. They took no action to investigate the fraudulent seller Kokko’s Collectibles. I hope this reaches anyone before they make the same mistake I did and trust sellers on TCGplayer. Please avoid Kokko’s Collectibles. They sell resealed, tampered with product.

USPS lost package, seller ghosted me. Its been a month at this point and have been trying to contact tcgplayer for 6 days with no response. A refund shouldn’t be this difficult. Terrible customer service.
