This company promises when they initially call to sell you on their service but then the result is a simple pay plan. I gave these people 4000 dollars to fix my taxes that I had a few years pending. they did the tax returns and once everything was done, they simply filed for a payment plan. Something I could have done on my own. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE. COMPANY IS A JOKE!
