It was pretty easy getting the…
It was pretty easy getting the information from the exchanges I used. It was not so easy putting the information into TurboTax. I had to enter each item myself. I am not sure that was a TaxBit problem or a TurboTax problem or my problem, but it was more time consuming than I expected.

Your service is great, but, it took quite a bit to mesh together all my wallets/exchanges. But I felt very comfortable with your results and summations. thanks.

I thought I would never get my taxes straightend out
I thought I would never get my taxes straightened out because i couldn't find some information and the first tax program I tried just confused the situation further. Thanks to the wonderful CS people at TAXbit I was able to get information I needed and then put the purchase history together. I had overpaid my taxes for three years and will now get a well deserved refund. ( It took over five months to get it right)

More integrations
Customer service is good, Software is intuitive, and overall experience was good. However, it’s frustrating for me to get my data from eToro and Cash App. I would feel much more confident in my tax documents if there was a better integration. I sunk a lot of time in to getting the correct data uploaded. Im happy to pay for taxbit if it saves myself time. However, in my experience it was less convenient.

You made securing my crypto info very…
You made securing my crypto info very easy and efficient. The only drawback was that I couldn't integrate your information into the tax preparation software (TaxSlayer.com) that I used automatically; I had to enter all of the trades manually.
