User friendly software

Not User Friendly
UI is outdated and not user friendly. Navigation is not intuitive. Attempting to return to a previous view will refresh the whole interface, causing you to have to make your selections all over again. Checkout is also confusing. If you're not careful, even though you may think you are only checking out for one payee, and even if the amount you are about to agree to paying is for only one payee, you may actually be checking out for all payees. Proceed with caution when using this service.

Worse customer service
Worse customer service. If I could give a zero I would. Emails are rejected and phone calls go unanswered. 1099 deadline is approaching fast and I can’t get any questions answered or problems fixed. Guess I wasted my $$$ for filing electronically with them.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. No one answers the phone or emails you back. In fact there emails keep getting rejected. Doesn't work with quick books either. I have been begging them to call me.

Fully functional application
The system functions great. I process many 1099's, 1098's and 1042-S and I've made many corrections and the system handels them all perfectly. The only down-side, which is apparent in most tax software, is that it has an outdated DOS-like interface.

Money saving alternative
I have used Tax1099 for about three years to complete my 1099s. THe process was simple and accurate. I am really glad I found them as it saves me a lot of money!
