Deception
They never efiled my W2 forms because they could not connect with the SSA. They then sent me a letter from the SSA saying that it was my problem but the letter from the SSA was dated from before I even submitted so it was a known problem to them.

The website is a joke
The website is a joke, it's broken and loops you through the onboarding page even after you pay, don't waste your time.

Very slow to file 1099s
Very slow to file 1099s. You submit it, then it is auto scheduled for a week out. And then it isn't IRS accepted for 2 weeks. If speed is your goal, this is not the company for you.

Thank you for your feedback. By default, Tax1099 schedules submissions about one week out to give users time to review and make any necessary corrections before forms are sent to the IRS. This helps reduce errors and avoid compliance issues. If a filing deadline is less than a week away, the system automatically schedules submission for just before the deadline. If you prefer immediate filing, you can update the submission date anytime in the Submitted Forms section to process in real time. Needed to do two filings
Needed to do two filings. Charged for both. The first one went through. The second one will not process. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I have been charged again while trying to make it go through. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

I am tech savvy but this software is no good
I am tech savvy but this software is glitchy. It is not user friendly. It assumes you know things the average person running a small business does not know. Then you add in a lot of private information. Clunky process. Finally, when you are too far in to go back, you will find that simple things just don't work. For me, it was entering my business address. It just kept deleting it. When I tried to get support through the AI chat feature, it just kept repeating "tell us more about your problem" so I uploaded a screenshot. It then says, "we can't accept attachments" lol like why ask? Why have the symbol to attach if you they don't want that? Also, and very important, they charge a lot of extra little fees when you finally arrive at the checkout and you will be get tons of marketing emails. I could have done this all myself in 20 minutes. Using this program cost me hours of wasted tiem.

Fraudulent charge
On Feb 2, as I was processing the last few 1099's for my clients, I processed a client who had only one 1099-NEC, which should have cost $5.20, when I pressed the make the payment key, I saw the charge for $254.20, or $249 extra. I have tried calling them, emailing them and nothing seems to work. They don't have any receipts in their website, very intentional in my view, so you can't dispute the charge with your bank. That is fraud, and I plan to contact Consumer Affairs to try to get my money back. I'll never do business with them again.

Locked me out of my business account…
Locked me out of my business account second year in a row. Support just stopped responding. Filing FTC complaint this is risking IRS levies! Unprofessional And yes I sent the complete account history, emails, even my contractors! You are not a trusted supplier of online tax docs. Moved on to Quickbooks.

A scam.
Feels like a scam. I submitted forms using Zenwork Tax1099. six days ago. My dashboard shows "submitted" but not "IRS accepted". I've reached out to the customer service but have received no response.
