Bookkeeping and Payroll
I am a small business bookkeeper, that also does payroll. I love that I can file the 990's and W-2's electronically to the State and Federal Govt for a small price. I also love that it tells me if the documents have been accepted or not. Such a relief to actually KNOW instead of hoping they all got to the proper place through the mail.

An added comment
we are doing TIN searches throughout the year & filing 1099s once a year. One thing I would like to constructively be critical of is your live support. At times it feels that they simply repeat the question & not really provide an answer. It's almost like bad AI responses. Anyway, the rest is mostly good. The date of experience is approximate.
