Not happy with this software
Used tax 1099 last year for the first time and everything went well. This year something changed and it the experience was very frustrating. Spent over 8 hours trying to get 40 forms and following direction from a customer service email on how to finally check, it only showed 20 forms sent and charged me $96.00. Will not use again.

I filed a BOIR through them and it was…
I filed a BOIR through them and it was rejected. I tried numerous times to correct the form however the system won't allow me to make corrections. I have been attempting to contact their support and if the emails even went through I have had absolutely no response from the company. I received their standard reply asking for details that I already provided. They apparently don’t have an answer or are not really interested in helping. I’ve seen the exact same reply to other complaints from other customers that never received any help from them. Their help system is a complete joke.
