Easy, user friend and reliable.

Not convinced they have live agents
It is impossible to reach a live agent. I have been trying to do so for 3 days consistently. After 90 minutes the chat bot says "connecting you to a live agent" immediatl then

Using Tax1099 was way easier than using…
Using Tax1099 was way easier than using my CPA tax professional. Fast, easy, and they saved all my information which it all even easier. January is always a crazy busy time for my industry and I find this resource immensely invaluable.

Email warnings in error
Shortly after filing, I received confirmation that everything was successful. Two hours later, I received notice that I only created the forms; I had not submitted them. Ten minutes after that, I received an email notice that the payment had not been received. I logged in and checked, and everything was paid for and submitted. I contacted support, and they replied that these are just generic email reminders sent to all customers, reminding them that it is time to file, despite the warnings being very specific about payment and incomplete filings. They assured me everything was filed correctly. One day later, I received another email telling me that my payment is incomplete and that they cannot proceed with the filing. I've used this service for years, but this is likely my last time. I've completely lost faith in their ability to handle these forms.
