Easy process and fast delivery

Dishonest company with unhelpful customer service. A product was added to my order without my authorization. I immediately contacted customer service and requested that the unauthorized product be removed and that my account be credited. Despite multiple follow-ups, I am still waiting for a refund. Customer service only responds with generic statements saying the issue has been escalated, but no one ever follows up with an update or resolution. The lack of communication and failure to correct a mistake that was entirely on their end has been extremely frustrating. What makes this even more concerning is that the company acknowledges that I never received the product, yet they are still refusing to refund the funds. It is difficult to understand why they would keep my money for an item they admit was never delivered to me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
