Didnt like the high price and unsure of te results as there are many scams and fake products out there.

I have not received product yet? I was told delivery was today but did not arrive? I can’t rate what I don’t have?

The telehealth appointments are good and the providers are great. They remember me from time to time so that's awesome. The things I recommend Taurus work on is the communication. The chat will go unanswered for weeks and months... you have to call or email support. I recently had a telehealth appointment and the email link to join didn't work, there was no "upcoming appointment" listed in the portal. I was lucky enough that the Dr. Just called me outright. I've gotten emails where you say to schedule my own appointment on the app. There's no where that I've found that has this feature on the app or website. So some clunky app/website/chat issues could be fixed and it would REALLY help the company. The partnership with Quest for bloodwork usually works great. So that's a good thing. Everyone has really busy lives and I think that a way to step it up a notch would be to have proactive emails / texts sent out when the patient's prescription is about to run out. Reminding or even offering to schedule the next blood draw or telehealth. Thanks for the treatment so far.

I had a quick and easy experience placing my order but I disliked that there wasn't a clear price point at the time of checkout.

Product was delivered promptly but then I found out that my next month of meds would be 169 when I was told 79 a month. Well 79 is only one month.
