Was a “member” for approximately 6 weeks. While customer service will tell you everything you want to hear, what actually goes on is an entirely different story. Here’s my experience…. Lab results -misplaced. When I submitted my at home test kit (delivered to Taurus September 28), did not receive my result for over a week after the results were delivered to the lab (October 12). I had to call Taurus MULTIPLE times and email them for them to finally track down my labs and say it was due to a wrong birthday being placed on the test kit. Consultation- Next was the consultation. While I was still waiting on my “missing” lab results, I was still told to have a consultation with a provider. No surprise, nothing was prescribed due to no lab results. Finally, after my labs were located, and processed I was able to speak with a provider. This was the overall best step of the process. Provider advised prescribed treatment would be at my door in 3-5 days. Treatment - I am still waiting on my treatment / prescription. I began this entire process on September 16th, was prescribed treatment on October 12th, and it is currently October 23rd. I have called Taurus multiple times (told it was the pharmacy’s problem) then finally called the pharmacy (Triad) and was told it is actually Taurus who has not fully submitted all required information in order for the pharmacy to process the order. Keep in mind, due to this being over the initial 28 days (but still no actually physical prescription in hand) my account was billed again. So I am now $300 into a subscription, with nothing to show but lab results. I have placed my account on a hold / pause because if I cancel my account, the two orders that have been paid for, but have yet to be processed or shipped would fail to ship. Final word, Taurus offers a “No REFUND whatsoever Policy”. I was on the phone with them for 45 minutes today trying to tell them I have received no treatments / prescriptions, but that does not matter. Be careful with this company as the website seems slick and professional, but behind the scenes they are anything but.

On August 14, 2026, I placed an order for medication through this company’s website, which advertises a delivery timeframe of 3–5 days. As of October 19, more than two months later, I have not received my order or any proof of shipment. I have contacted the company’s Patient Support team multiple times to resolve this issue. Initially, I was told my order had been escalated for priority review, but no shipping information or estimated delivery date was provided. After I requested a refund, the company disclosed that the medication I ordered had been discontinued. This was never proactively communicated to me despite the lengthy delay. Instead of issuing a refund, the company suggested pausing my account for 30–90 days. I declined and requested a full refund for the unfulfilled order. The company denied my request, citing its internal refund policy, despite acknowledging that the medication had been discontinued and my order remained unfulfilled. I find it unacceptable that the company has retained my payment for more than two months without delivering the medication, failed to communicate the discontinuation, and refused to refund an order it has not fulfilled. I ended up reporting the company to the BBB and to my credit card for fraud.

I decided back in May/June to cancel all subscriptions so i called in to get that taken care of which i was notified that all my subscriptions are now cancelled. Come to find out that i got an email regarding a pending subscription order. I immediately notified them that I didn’t want this and told them that my subscriptions were cancelled. They said it was taken care of and i wouldn't receive any further orders from them. 2 days later i get an email that my order has been shipped and that they couldn't do anything now since it was shipped. Horrible customer service

This company is a fraud. I waited 6 weeks while the site continued to show status as "Processing". When I finally got an email back from them, they said, oh yes, the pharmacy had cancelled the order and they were looking for a new pharmacy. I immediately asked for a refund because of the cancellation and I got an obviously AI response that their Refund Policy is No Refunds. So, even if they don't deliver the product, they're "Policy" is No Refund. This is unacceptable. I noticed other people saying this too. So, I think AI is baiting is and also it is somehow setting up the Reviews to appear better than they are. Please everyone who sees this post your real review because I wonder if anyone is actually getting their order. They continue to advertise everywhere.

Fake company do not purchase they well deliver your product

I entered my info in their website but cancelled after one order. They charged me every month for 9 months and never sent any additional drug so I never noticed the charges on my CC. When I finally noticed, I reached out to Support. They are now refusing to give me the money back. They have offered me more product that I do not want. Total charges were over $1100. I will be contacting law enforcement.

I ordered a tablet formulation from Taurus, as clearly indicated in my prescription/order documentation and on their order screen, but received a liquid formulation instead. I was not informed of this substitution or given the opportunity to approve or decline it before shipment. After contacting customer support, Taurus acknowledged in writing that it does not currently offer the pill/tablet formulation and that the liquid was the only form available. Despite this discrepancy, they refused my refund request, citing their no-refund policy after shipment. The medication remains unused. My concern is not a change of mind but receiving a different formulation than the one represented when I placed my order. I find it unacceptable that a product can be presented as available, substituted without prior notification, and then deemed non-refundable. I hope Taurus improves its ordering accuracy, transparency, and handling of dispensing discrepancies. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their service without these issues being addressed.

They said they could help me in Illinois. Their test facility closed. You can still make appointments for it though. They are only in Florida. No refund.
