I am a patient but not for long I try to log into there app they have me as a different patient.I been out off my meds for a week and haven't herd nothing about seeing doctor or labs or my meds and when I finally got through they said I was all caught up and I haven't got any meds seen doctor labs nothing but can't reach them they email me back but they sure took my money out of my bank account I highly recommend another Trt treatment they are so un professional.Still no one word from them .

They wanted me to get lab work done (already had labs ready to send but they wouldn't accept it) that was outside of a 50-mile radius of my home or pay out of pocket to get them done. When I asked for a refund, they are stonewalling me and telling me they can't do anything for me. They are refusing to acknowledge that it would be a great inconvenience for me to deal with them and decided to legally steal my money.
