Horrible customer service and incorrect shipping details. I was forced to reach out to UPS myself to find out that the order did not and could not ship last week because a label wasn’t generated until Saturday morning. I had to find out from UPS that there was no pick up schedule for Saturday or Sunday. I also had to find out myself from UPS what my delivery date would be. Despite me pointing out to your customer service department that UPS does not have possession of the package yet, and that they needed to determine whether or not it had been picked up yet, absolutely nothing was done, and I ended up having to do their job myself. Not at all happy with this.

Tried to cancel my subscription 2 weeks prior to renewal and they still processed my payment and claim it is too late because they did not see the cancellation request, even though I provided screenshots of message.

This service is an absolute rip-off. The prices are absurdly high for the mediocre product and subpar service you receive. The entire experience felt like a cash grab from the beginning. Getting bloodwork done was a complete headache, filled with unnecessary obstacles and wasted time. As if that wasn't bad enough, once they had my information, they relentlessly harassed me with unwanted spam calls trying to push services I had zero interest in. Instead of focusing on providing value to customers, they seem far more interested in squeezing every dollar possible out of people. Save your money, save your time, and look elsewhere. This company does not deserve your business. I will be filing a chargeback claim with my bank since they refuse to give me a refund even after baiting me with a money-back guarantee on their website
