Tried to cancel my subscription 2 weeks prior to renewal and they still processed my payment and claim it is too late because they did not see the cancellation request, even though I provided screenshots of message.

I have not received the peptides yet so I have no experience with the medication but the website and ease of use was above average.

I do not recommend buying from this company. Their checkout process is unclear and misleading. After paying, I was left without a clear understanding of what had been approved, what still needed to be completed, or how to actually receive the medication. Customer service has been terrible. They gave me instructions that did not work, told me to wait for follow-up, and still failed to provide the required medical form or a real solution. At the same time, they keep pointing to a no-refund policy while I have not received the product I paid for. In my experience, this company takes payment before providing a clear process, then leaves the customer struggling to fix the problem. I would not buy from them again and I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Process was easy and efficient. Not like other companies that I’ve gone through.

I just started this so I don’t have much of a review. But I will say I think my energy levels went up a bit already. Next couple of weeks will tell the bigger story.
