U took my money never got the product been like 13 days now one will assist me in this matter unbelievable I paid did my part can I please get some help

I just finished my first week. So far so good

Didn't work for me at all, and tried 4-5 times. During the initial consultation, I specifically asked for a one time purchase, completely ignored. As others have said, good luck getting their subscription cancelled. Hard to reach them and clearly they rely on subscriptions to boost their revenue. Any good company would allow a one time purchase if they truly had a great product. The orders would fly out the door. Not to mention they would have a stellar customer service department.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS- they refuse to cancel orders/subscriptions as they always say you missed the window to cancel try again next order. No notification of when they are sending it- SCAM
