Total bait and switch SCAM !!! I completed the necessary paperwork and submitted my payment which was supposed to only be taken if a prescription was written. My money was taken the very next morning but I had yet to hear anything except for two separate phone calls from two different people who said I needed to finish my order. This was after they took my money. After 8 hours I called them for a status update and was told that I was getting the prescription but they were out of stock of one of the four key ingredients. Then I was told the doctor was going to prescribe me something else but I told them no. Then miraculously they could figure something else out but when they sit an email confirmation it was totally different than what we discussed on the phone. I called them back within 5 minutes of receiving the information that they were not going to send me what I ordered and was told that I could not get a refund and that they would still mail me the medication that I didn't order. I spent over an hour and a half on the phone trying to get somebody to cancel it but kept getting a runaround. Finally a lady answered who was very helpful and she canceled the order and gave me a refund. It sucked so bad dealing with them that I will never ever try them again nor will I ever recommend them. It was that horrible so please heed my advice and avoid Taurus at all costs unless you want to be disappointed as well
