I've continued to lose weight. And now more definition in the muscles now , I can see after two years of working out finally.

Slightly confusing on the pricing, but generally an agreeable experience, once you get past this. However, shipping should begin quicker.

It’s been at least 10 days and my order still says it’s processing. I’ve reached out twice and Taurus says it’s on it way. No explanation. Not a good experience so far!

⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience with Taurus. I paid for an order and never received the complete order associated with my first payment. I contacted the company to complain about the missing portion of the order and also requested that my subscription be canceled. Despite my cancellation request, another charge was subsequently placed on my card. When I contacted Taurus about a refund, I was told I was not eligible because another shipment had already been sent. That response does not address the fact that my original order was incomplete or that I had already requested cancellation. I gave the company an opportunity to resolve this directly. At this point, I am disputing the charge with my financial institution and pursuing complaints with the appropriate agencies. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Taurus. Customers considering a subscription should carefully monitor their orders, charges, and cancellation requests and keep copies of all communications.

It was easy to set up and start. The ABSOLUTE best thing about Taurus is the UPFRONT pricing no sneaky other charges everything is included in your monthly sub....if I could make a perfect way to pay for service thos would be it. Give me the real number and let's roll. It just shows you can trust them. I have recieved great service no problems so far. Wish I could give them 10stars this is the correct way to do telehealth. Thought I did this already? The product is nice but it failed on the second attempt to use it! It was fully charged it just stopped and shut down! Hasn’t turned on since! It will be shipped back to your address! I’m looking for a full refund.
