When i went to exit a trade the whole platform froze and was glitching. i went to another computer thinking it was the computer i was using and still the same. i watched my profit wining trade go from positive to negative. NOW im panicking i called tasty trades and waited for nearly an hour before i hung up with them. NIGHTMARE! after a few moments later after several attempts to exit the trade i finally got out with a 2k loss. still to this day i cant get ahold of them. THEY ARE THE WORST! F them!!

I was easily able to speak to a live person, Stephen, and he answered my questions in minutes. Compared to IBKR it was a much better customer experience. Opening my account now.

Platform is down again while other brokerages are working fine (ie, Fidelity and TOS). No communication, smarmy response on youtube Tasty live.

They say trade small and trade often, its because they want to make ton of money on commissions. They kill you on commissions. Also, they got the worse executions ever. You almost never get price improvements. I get much better fills on Fidelity.
