Tastyworks is an industry leader in so many ways. Their customer service is superior to any broker I have ever used. The platform is magnificent!

I was told that they were going to remove any margin given to avoid charges on a cash transaction by their customer service team. But this was not done and it this ended up costing me my account. Terrible customer service.. You did told me that you have amended my leverage/margin but you did not do it. Please avoid this platform. Too risky.

Always received quick answer on my question regardless if it is business hours or not. The answers are always on the point and not the prepared canned answer. Very satisfied and keep it up!

I was assigned 3 stocks and was in Marginal Call. Momo(Maneuel?) closed one for me and walked me through how to close the other two. He allowed me to get out from margin call and was able to start trading again. I have a better understanding on how to resolve in the future and even if I can't I feel that the fast email responses and phone calls will help me resolve the issues

Had received e-mail warnings to be sure to manage and to close my spread on this option's expiration Friday. I planned to monitor and close the position during the day. Then late in the afternoon I decided to make a phone call to Medicare to resolve a question, and was on call for an hour. Then checked my account and found that the Trade Team had already closed my position. I could not have done better, and could have done much worse. I give a big Thanks to the Team at TastyWorks for their excellent support.
