I have needed help on a few different things - PDT maintenance call, the platform, funding a second account, etc. Tastyworks' customer service is incredible. They also went out of their way to explain why certain securities were set to closing trades only.

I'd like to point out that I had a question concerning interest that I thought was unfairly charged to my Tastyworks IRA. My email to their help desk received IMMEDIATE attention from Stephen who provided a clear and detailed explanation of what happened. He also provided even more detail to a followup question. I know, from experience, that my other, much larger, online broker would have taken at least 24 hours to research and respond. Thank you.

Set up a trading entity as well as my 401(k) and IRA, and absolutely love the level of service, the trading platform, the education, always helpful and are great to work with and support is tremendous.

Very fast reply from the support team

I made a double closing trade to my call spread option as the first closing trade was send but there was no confirmation!! Thinking it was lost, I did a similar trade again and again there was no confirmation. Much later I only saw that both orders was filled!! I eventually managed to square off these positions subsequently without much of a problem. I can only deduced that I was logged out of the system as that was why I didn't get any confirmation of trade done. Customer Support was very prompt when I wrote to them and they confirmed that there was no outstanding positions. Excellent service. Keep up the good work Rgds, Raymond

Stephen was very helpful and very quick to respond. That's what I've appreciated the most with Tastyworks support is that they respond quickly and make sure we understand the answer and will clarify if we don't.
