Multifaceted problem with functionality that was handled quickly and efficiently. Even though I gave Tastyworks some wrong information, they were able to figure out what I was asking and correct the glitch on their end. I was impressed with the speed in which they responded to my multiple emails and in their professionalism in their responses. TLTR/Summary; I’ve used the Tasty Works Support twice so far and both times very satisfied. At first, I was a little taken aback/disappointed because I couldn’t find a phone number to call customer support (thinking about Robin Hood 'situations' from last year). But I now appreciate email rather than telephone communication - Everything I wanted to know and more was covered in the email response. As Tasty Works continues to grow, I hope that they can maintain this high standard. Other Details Questions were related to my initial set up with Tasty Works - Acats transfer from another broker and tax lot information. Both times got an email response back less than 1/2 hour (regular trading hours - have not tried after-market hours). The e-mail response was complete and detailed I didn’t have to follow up with another email. Support supplied a few screen shots just to confirm that my acats tax lot transfer was good (they could have just taken the easy way out and say everything was ok). Also included step by step work document, in plain English, on how to up an account with APEX the clearing house so I could look at my tax lots. Able to set up account and view account on the first try. On a side-note, with the quick e-mail responses I no longer have to rely on a phone call and worry about missing the customer rep while waiting in the queue. Can fully focus on my work/trading without worrying about missing the customer rep or call back.

I have been with Tastyworks from its beginning. I am an intensive trader, mostly trading options. Their commission schedule makes it very convenient/cost effective for trading. Additionally, their trading platform has never failed me during "high volume" market episodes. Many times when I hear other trading platforms having issues, Tastyworks has been seemless virtually all of the time. Finally, their customer service is excellent - they always respond in a timely manner, and are thorough in their response to my queries.
