I have worked customer service for a significant period of my life and am therefore tuned in to those customer support people who are exceptional. Andy is such a person. I just got off the phone with him. My friend/associate and I have been having difficulty completing the LTA document to the satisfaction of Tasty Trade. Without getting into the boring details, Andy went above and beyond the call today to help resolve the issue. In the end it will be up to those who work in the Accounts department to give us the go-ahead, but Andy did everything he could, all the while maintaining a friendly and professional disposition. Andy is a true asset to your Support Team, and I wanted to let you know. Nobody prompted me to leave this review. I did it because truly excellent customer service is becoming rarer and rarer. I just got off the phone with Momo, and this guy talked me through an extremely complex misunderstanding I was having with how my margin balance was being calculated. He was extremely patient and the phone call literally lasted 57 minutes. It just shows the dedication of the TastyTrade staff. I couldn't be any more satisfied with my experience over the last 4 years with the brokerage. As I've grown as a trader and my account has grown I've benefitted from their content and their continued support.

Awesome platform with even better support. Their chat support answers within minutes and always answers my questions quickly and thoroughly. Never any "escalation" or "Fluffy" answers. The person on the other end of the chat always knows their stuff.

Tastyworks support has always been very helpful and answered any questions I needed help with.

Tastytrade provides excellent support for questions concerning options rollover trades that are not complying with the rules of their presets order tab.
