Poor and lazy in communication and assistance. They swindled me. I used my visa card to buy some items but an alleged transaction error was reported and no order number was generated. Thinking that I was not charged I used my PayPal account to pay for the same items and order number 994830 was created. I found out that they charged my visa card despite the error. Thus they double charged me. When I informed them no action was taken to assist in reimbursing me. I need to coordinate with my card company of their card scam. So buyers beware.

I can't believe all the negative reviews...ordered a few parts for an older F250...came within a reasonable amount of time...there was a minor issue, 1 item missing,invoice stated order shipped complete..one phone call,issue was immediately corrected...would gladly buy from again!

This is unbelievable I ordered a part almost over 3 weeks a go haven't got it yet plus they changed me for shipping as much as the part cost me. I would not recommend for there's slow services and olso they gave me UPS tracking number BS ..

I had used these guys in the past when I needed service on my ford and lived in the northeast and was happy to find that now that I needed a part for my Volvo that they could ship it out to me. Long story short they had a part that was listed to fit my vehicle and it did not and they wouldn't pay for return shipping then they gave me a second part number based on my VIN saying that it would fit and it too was wrong... I went somewhere else and they got it right the first try, and didn't cost me for trying to do business like tasca did.

If I could leave less then one star I would HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to do business with paid for two day shipping it’s been a week still no part called and emailed was given a ship date and wasn’t shipped on that day was told that don’t matter it was a verbal agreement and not what there warehouse log said. STAY AWAY

Waited 7 days after ordering to hear anything back. When I did they told me the part was wrong for my vehicle (I matched my vehicle, year, and everything down to the exact trim and color.) and they had to charge me an extra $10 for the right one. Asked for a refund, got a reply after about 2 hours saying I had been refunded. Its been 3 days since, guess ill call my credit card.

TascaParts is the worst mail order business I have ever dealt with. I ordered parts on Thursday noon 3/29. They sent me an email 3/30 saying they have to order 1 of the parts. I email and called them on 3/30 and am assured they will receive the part by 4/2 and send it to me by 4/6. I called them on 4/3 and they emailed me saying they received the part on 4/3 and will ship it to me right away so I would receive it by 4/6. UPS says they did not ship it until 4/6 and I will not receive it until 4/10. Their repeated, unnecessary, lies will cost me a week without the use of my work truck. If the parts are wrong I will eat the cost to avoid dealing with such liars. No wonder Amazon is taking over the world.

Ordered parts online. Several days later, was told that it's back order. I could have ordered it elsewhere instead of waiting for it. Damn!! Wasted several days.
