My advice do not order anything from this site. They make their money by sending you the wrong parts and then collecting on your returns. How can an auto parts dealer not know the difference between driver and passenger side. Total ripoff. They are slick con men who take advantage of people.

I do wish I would have read the reviews before doing business with these folks. In reading the reviews and answers from from Tasca Parts it's the same BS i got when checking on my order both by phone and by e-mail. Order was placed 8 days ago. They keep telling me "order is being prepared for shipping"and that was 2 days ago. Called yesterday and asked if it had shipped and got the same answer, "its being prepared for shipping". i asked what was involved in the preparation and was told it was a process. This outfit is evidently way understaffed and so far has demonstrated very poor customer service. Stay away!!. Order someplace else. Order No. 40564

Stay away from this company.... Let me start by saying I chose Tasca Parts because they not only had what I was looking for, but they proposal attractive prices and quick delivery. What they DO NOT SAY on the parts page is that the parts may not be in stock and must be special ordered before shipping. I ordered on a Monday, and didn't get an e-mail telling me this 'till the following Thursday (+4 days). That e-mail informed me it would take about 3-5 business days for the parts to arrive before shipping (+5 days). I call customer service looking for an update after 4 days (now next Monday), but didn't receive an answer about the timeframes. 10 days daily call to customer service without any result till I told, I go inform PayPal and credit company to cancel tranzaction, then finally they send it out......but it's not all...... Palette arrived to post forwarding station, as asked.....the packages not damaged, but when fender opened in body shop noted 2 bumps under covered sticky nylon. I was call to customer service and they denied any responsibility by telling "the delivery was signed....." According to them in their policy I suppose to check every item before signing the driver papers. When asked to show that, they telling the driver have this information. Very not honest company, no customer service, they don't any interest on you after they get payment. To everybody who have same experience with this company.....I planning to start legal action in N.Y court, if you want to do soo, we can do it's as a class action. Update This company is LIERS. Even Nissan agree that was manufactured defect and took responsibility to change the part. Stay away from them.

Purchased parts back on February 6th. Today is April 9th. Still nothing. I have sent 2 emails, the first was responded February 26th stating a part on back order would not be available until 2/28. The second I was a little more firm as I had still not received my parts. That was sent 3/16. No response. I have called numerous times to speak with somebody. Nobody calls back. I will never order from Tasca again. Would like my parts or money back or I will go to the BBB. Order #1103731.

This is the most terriable company I’ve ever ordered anything from. I have been ordering parts from all over the world for the last 10 years. At times using google translation to communicate. And this company by far is the most horrible one I’ve ever dealt with. It took 3+ weeks to get my parts in. That is compleatly unacceptable for just across the US. Especially for a relatively small package. Then they sent the wrong parts. Then took 2 weeks to answer my several emails. When they did answer an emails it was filled with the most bureaucratic nonsense I’ve ever seen with little to no instructions as if I was communicating with the poorly educated Chinese child that knows no English. I wouldn’t even recommend this to my competitor

Horrible place horrible customer service I have gotten stuff from China faster I paid nearly 30 bucks just in shipping plus the cost of the part and keep getting the same excuses it’s not my fault or my problem your short staffed or behind the original email stated my order would be shipped with in 1-2 business days it’s been two weeks still no part still the same excuse just refund my money and let’s move on order # 1134214

I ordered parts for my Ford. After two days I got an email that some parts have to be ordered from another location but will be available shortly. 2.5 weeks later still no info about shipping time. I send the first email to ask for the status on the parts... NO ANSWER at all. I ordered the parts at my local ford dealer, next day pick up. I needed the parts to get my car back on the road. Send a 2nd mail to tascaparts that I want to cancel my order... NO ANSWER. Two weeks later (4 weeks after placing the order) I get the shipping confirmation for the ordered parts... serious??? I got the parts and request a return by sending an email (per instruction on their website).. guess what... NO ANSWER... Customer service, not at all. My order no. 1115166... I liked their website but such a service? There are enough shops available to order Ford parts you should look somewhere else! Great, they respond quick when it comes down to bad reviews, still no answer on my mail (I sent three more and tried to call) half an hour waiting time, call back function? Of course nobody called back!!!

Hi, I received my order monday order #1130607, unfortunately it is not the parts I ordered, I believe I got someone else's order. The order I should have received was for super duty back up sensors, retaining clips, and a wire harness. Packing slip shows what I ordered but what I actually received was 2 ford emblems and 1 RS emblem for a ford focus. I really need the correct parts asap. I have been calling and emailing since Monday and have yet to receive any reply or call back. Tasca parts customer service is a joke, beware and find a different source for your auto parts.
