Tasca PartsReviews of tascaparts.com

Ordered a rear Ford emblem and police interceptor badge for my P71. I am in the UK and the parts were delivered just 2 days after dispatched. Parts are genuine, I am very pleased and will be ordering again should I require more parts.

ordered screws, got a message several days later saying order has been cancelled, i cancelled nothing , online chat , good luck no one there to talk to, the phone support says email them, terrible customer support

Update. It took over a month to get my money back from Tascar as I had to go through my credit card company. Part ordered were cross bars for a 2010 Volvo V50. That should narrow it down for you. I ordered cross bars for my Volvo V50. TASCAR sent the wrong crossbars. I went online to return them. They had me take pictures and upload information into their chat. I was clear that the crossbars were incorrect and they sent me a return label. I returned the part using their return label. However, I then received the same part again. I contacted them again and again received a return label. I sent back the second box I had received. After a couple of days I received an email that I would be refunded for my purchase in 3-7 days. This did not occur. I tried to contact them but with zero luck and have had to go to my CC company for a refund. Just terrible customer service.

Order a $150 brake caliper and received a $10 mud flap. No customer service phone number and they do not reply to emails or "live chat" As others have said, do not order from here, it will either come months later or will come wrong. The order was placed at getoemparts.com which is owned by Tasca parts and Tasca is who actually fulfilled the order My order number is 370860 and I'll be opening a dispute with my credit card company and the BBB is this is not resolved in the next 48 hours.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Tasca Parts. Being a HUGE drag racing fan and have been for all my life and following Bob Tasca's funny car operation, I found it fitting to support his Ford parts business for our 2008 Escape that has a known safety issue with the electric steering locking up (Ford recall, but not including mine, of course). Upon ordering and paying $56 more for "expedited shipping", it still took a week to get my part because it was backordered!! Why wasn't I told up front it was backordered?? This is an extremely dangerous condition to have to drive this vehicle for another week with no power steering, but gotta go to work! Very disappointed with Tasca Parts and will not buy from them again or recommend them. Won't buy a Ford again either!!

They do not respond to emails or phone calls had to file claim with credit card company to get my money back DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY Hope this review helps

I attempted through multiple emails and through the "live chat" feature, at least 7 times to contact someone, first regarding an order cancellation, and then an item return, with no responses. I spent literally hours waiting in a "queue" with the chat, only to be disconnected with it saying an agent is not available (this was during normal business hours). Finally, almost three weeks of attempting contact (no phone number is available by the way), I have actually received an RMA for my item. I am very displeased with this process and will not be returning with my business.

"Factory Parts Fast" ...bs. I've been waiting almost a month for parts I was charged a fortune to ship. Covid isn't an excuse either. Tasca has NEVER been fast to ship anything but they've gotten worse. To make matters worse, they don't have a customer service line anymore, only chat and email. If you're reading this, SHOP ELSEWHERE. You can likely find what you're looking for cheaper, once you factor in shipping charges, and get what you ordered faster.
