Went to Cambridge optical (both me & my wife) go glasses, when I receive them I told the person who sold me them I couldn’t see 20 feet away, she said take them home & try them, told her I can drive with them on & then was told to return in two weeks if they didn’t get better ( my wife’s were bad also) we couldn’t get back in two weeks as we are over a hundred miles away, was told to bad

Flawless experience ordering with a great price while using my benefits. I ordered coach frame and I have a very high prescription. Glasses are great and I can see much better. It took less than a week to receive them. Thank you Target for making my first time experience very pleasant. I will definitely order my contact lenses in January with Target

Very easy to make an appointment online (easy to change it too). I got reminders for the appointment. When it came time to order my contacts, I used the target optical app. Simple to find contacts, submit prescription info and free shipping! Shipping was fast and I got updates on the shipment.

Saved a $100, ordering online instead of in store.

Efficiency and timely

Purchased a pair of Oakley prescription sunglasses along with a pair of regular prescription Ray Bans. After 13 months the coating is flaking off of the Ray Bans. Was told that the area in question was a scratch. Clearly coating is coming off. No help or understanding from staff at target optical.
