I’m really frustrated that Target Optical ignored my clear request to use my close‑reading prescription and still made the glasses with the computer‑reading one. This mistake caused inconvenience and shows a lack of attention to customer instructions, which was disappointing.

The tracking notifications are incorrect and even nonexistent at times. They marked my order as delivered but it never was. Then I inquired about it and was told an investigation would be conducted but that was 3 weeks ago and I haven’t heard a thing. I will never order from target optical again.

USPS left my package in my mailbox and I received no updates. The contact stayed in the mailbox in the Florida heat for over two days. When I realized they didn't come Sunday as they were slated to arrive, I track my package and come to realize they were delivered Friday afternoon. Now I don't kow how that may have affect a year's worth of contacts. This is worst service ever

I visited Target Optical/Westport Road/Louisville, KY with a prescription when a temporary eye issue required me to cease contact lenses and return to eyeglasses. Kelly Semones was helpful and patient, explaining everything along the way. The glasses arrived in the time frame promised and Kelly helped with all of my transition to glasses questions. She is awesome!

I ordered contact lenses online, I used my insurance benefits and they had coupons as well that online allowed and processed. I paid my remaining balance, as well as sent my prescription. I received a text message stating that they didn't receive my prescription, I sent it through the text message again. They stated it was an internal error and I could cancel my order and they would assist me with placing it again. I then called there customer service number, I spoke with the representative. She continously placed me on hold. She sent me a link to resend my prescription, I resent it and she told me that they couldn't see all 4 edges of the paper. I knew that that was a lie. She sent me another link and basically told me the same thing about the picture of my prescription. I told her that all of the doctors information was on the prescription and they could easily call and verify. She said that they will if necessary. All of this took place yesterday and checking my order status today it stated CANCELED!!!! Very upsetting.....that's definitely not good customer service!!!!!

Target Optical was supposed to be a preferred provider of our insurance and save us money to use them. My daughter and I both had eye exams for contact lenses. Not only was our initial out of pocket more but when we placed the order for the contacts (even though we had a final quote) we were told we had to pay taxes on not only our portion but also taxes on what our insurance covered too! This preferred provider visit ended up being more out of pocket that ever before.

If zero stars were possible, I would leave that rating. Lens protection was added to my glasses without my permission or without them telling me it had been added. Store refused to honor the prices on their own store website. Ordered my glasses a month ago and still do not have them, and cannot get an answer as to why. Claims they were shipped to the store three weeks ago but they still haven't arrived there. Avoid Target Optical at all costs, unless you want to be ripped off and wait forever for an order if you receive it at all. By far the worst experience I have had at any eye doctor after wearing glasses most of my life.

the ladies that fixed my glasses where excellent and courteous. they had knowledge of what they where doing. They should pass some of there brains to the people working on main floor. they sure do need something!! thank you ladies.
