I love how Tapout normalizes kids talking about feelings and emotions with other kids. This validation and community is exactly what my son has needed! He loved the point/reward incentive as well.

I appreciate being kept informed about what my child is learning each lesson and the suggestions for continued practice at home. I also appreciate the parent workshops.

My son struggles with expressing his emotions and has low self confidence. Tapouts is helping him gain confidence and express himself much more easily. He was very reluctant to start but is now excited to jump on and participate.

My kiddo has been struggling with dysregulation at school and other activities. We signed up for Tapouts to try and give her some tools as we waited for availability with a counselor. It has been amazing. She has found a confidence in her ability to self regulate. I encourage you to pay attention to the progress reports they send. It gives you pointers for supporting their learned skills. We went into counseling and have decided to keep Tapouts on, as she loves to feel like she has a safe place to connect with kids all over the country, ro be heard and to learn mindfulness and introspection.

This program was a great find! Easy to access, very accommodating, and I’ve noticed a big difference in my daughters ability to emotionally regulate.
