I Went for an interview. You have to first deliver a AI video asking some questions non-specific to the role. Then a recruiter invites you for another interview to ask generic questions but doesn’t describe or explain the role to help understand what you will be doing or any specific mental health services. The recruiter then explains the next interview will only be about the program and then you will meet the ceo. No clear description. Poor leadership. After looking delay in pay and poor communication by current employees and admin. Please protect your time, security and privacy. I don’t like this AI introduction where you get recorded and then a recruiter who isn’t familiar or works in your field and then you meet the CEO. Why can’t interviews be with your direct team members and admin who fully understand why and what you’re applying for.

If I can give zero in my experience, I would have. They have first given a date on sat which we had to accommodate despite many weekend challenges and suddenly the date before the session, they cancelled and gave next week. Then I double checked for the given dste, got 4 confirmations and coach Kelly never showed up for session. When I called customer support, Shasha placed me on hold for another 15 mins and then started offering me 2 trial sessions because it was their "Miscommunication!" NO acknowledgement of a childs mindset, parents time and efforts and NO SENSE OF PROFESSIONALISM

The classes itself seem good. But they really don’t give anyone much time to cancel. The trial is not a trial class, it is a do the class and we bill you after unless you cancel class. At first I thought okay we will try it. But then life happened - my mom went into hospital, a cross country move happened, meaning an entire month of classes went unused after the trial, and their support was unable to offer any help other then telling me how I can cancel further classes by logging in. There is no onboarding process, nobody asks you how you liked it, and they don’t bother to tell you a tablet is not going to be helpful for this class. I don’t think companies like this should be supported by anyone. It encourages misleading billing and poor customer support policies. Please consider canceling or not signing up to begin with.

My child’s experience was absolutely awful. We did the free trial session and my son was depressed afterwards. They focused on a lot of negative things and had the kids share negatives and fears about themselves with a group of peers they had never met before. That doesn’t seem like a healthy practice to me and my son felt like garbage about himself after the session. They did an activity where they write down their doubts about themselves on paper and then crinkle it up and throw it across the room, which works for highly emotional types but since my son is mostly a logical type thinker it didn’t do him any good, he just felt he was throwing paper, not “throwing away bad feelings.” It would have been nice for them to get to know his emotional processing style before choosing activities. My son got just a few words in the whole session. We tried Tapouts for better social interaction training and we left the free trial with new issues instead of any resolution. If I knew what to expect from it, I never would have.

In my opinion individuals do better with licensed therapists. Therapists/social workers have extensive training and state licensing and regulations. My teen went here and did not learn tools needed for emotional regulation. She is now in therapy and we are seeing amazing results managing her feelings.
