I don’t have the words to express my gratitude for this program and especially coach Dani! They have taught my daughter how to be more confident and provided her with the skills and tools she needs to overcome big emotions and problem solving. They are so kind and make the class so fun and engaging that my daughter wishes she could log in every day! Highly recommend this program for your littles. You will not regret it. Also, huge thanks to the customer service team, they are quick to respond, patient and efficient.

I Went for an interview. You have to first deliver a AI video asking some questions non-specific to the role. Then a recruiter invites you for another interview to ask generic questions but doesn’t describe or explain the role to help understand what you will be doing or any specific mental health services. The recruiter then explains the next interview will only be about the program and then you will meet the ceo. No clear description. Poor leadership. After looking delay in pay and poor communication by current employees and admin. Please protect your time, security and privacy. I don’t like this AI introduction where you get recorded and then a recruiter who isn’t familiar or works in your field and then you meet the CEO. Why can’t interviews be with your direct team members and admin who fully understand why and what you’re applying for.

Tapouts has helped my autistic son immensely. He looks forward to seeing kiddos from around the country experiencing similar feelings as him. The lessons are heartfelt and engaging. The bonus Sundays are also a way to keep things interesting and fun. My son asks for his sessions weekly by name and for that we are infinitely grateful. Highly recommend!

TapOuts has helped me grow as a mindful supportive parent as much as it has provided guidance and wisdom and self-importance and care to Logan through life’s ups and downs. The reward system is very motivating for him and they make it easy to skip sessions if needed. They have been very accommodating.

If I can give zero in my experience, I would have. They have first given a date on sat which we had to accommodate despite many weekend challenges and suddenly the date before the session, they cancelled and gave next week. Then I double checked for the given dste, got 4 confirmations and coach Kelly never showed up for session. When I called customer support, Shasha placed me on hold for another 15 mins and then started offering me 2 trial sessions because it was their "Miscommunication!" NO acknowledgement of a childs mindset, parents time and efforts and NO SENSE OF PROFESSIONALISM

Tapouts for the win! This company has been INCREDIBLE for my son. His attitude has changed, he's more confident, friendly, outgoing, and he has put in more initiative with his schoolwork. We call them "life coaches" so it feels less like a stigma, but the counsellors have been very helpful in helping him realize his self esteem and explore his emotions in different ways. The tools they give are helpful and fun! Funky Fitness & Curiosity Club are BONUS add on sessions that peak their curiosity and keep him active. I will 100% recommend this company to everyone, whether their child needs the help or not. It's a GREAT tool for all kids and its necessary.

We had an amazing experience with Tapouts. My daughter did weekly sessions for over two years. She truly loved her connection with her primary coach, Coach Jenny. We recently stopped sessions due to scheduling conflicts and even that was simple. Whenever I had questions, the Tapouts team responded quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend to any parent to give their children some great tools for handling big emotions.
