I originally was matched with a therapist and we didn’t vibe. The app made it simple, easy and guilt-free to chance to my current therapist, who is a terrific match for me. I am able to meet as often as I need and send out a quick chat if I need to. This has been an amazing platform for me to work therapy into my busy life!

Kristie is the best! She’s very relatable and easy to talk to. She’s like one of the girls, and the conversations always flow naturally. I’ve loved learning how to slow down and get back into journaling and mediation from her encouragement. Love her!

Talkspace is such an incredible way to find a therapist. I’m a physician and my work schedule is sporadic. Being able to have a 60 minute video conference session every one to two weeks, on my schedule, is the only way I could have a therapist. If something comes up before my next session, Maureen is almost always available for a quick text message with a response. I thought I couldn’t get therapy because of how time consuming it is or the inability to have the same ti e every week. Talkspace makes it happen!

I wasn't sure about virtual therapy at first, but I am glad I took the plunge! Benjamin has done more for me on web video than in-person therapists. It just hits different from the comfort of your own home! Flexible times that fit your busy life with a wide variety of providers. Highly recommend!

I like the remote therapy visits, I like the easy scheduling and website. My therapist is awesome, she is everthing I was looking for in a mental health doctor. I prefer the live audio sessions rather than the live video. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience. I was referred from a family member who also is satisfied the Talkspace.
