My counselor has been phenomenal
My counselor has been phenomenal. This journey has been singlehanded the best investment in finding the version of myself that was temporarily buried with things like anxiety and doubt. So grateful for this modality of therapy.

Access to meaningful and responsive mental health care
2 years of consistent mental health support during major life losses and transitions has been part of my wellbeing and flourishing. My care provider, Anne, has been a skilled and compassionate therapist, coach and support. The app when it is working well is one of the best. The browser on my laptop is still more reliable for scheduled online time.

The ease and reliability of Talkspace
The ease and reliability of speaking to or messaging your therapist is so very helpful. I started connecting with a therapist after my psychiatrist was unable to see patients due to medical related reasons. It has been very valuable in helping me manage my mental health and my therapist Angela is invaluable.
