My therapist, Shannon is very insightful, supportive and caring. She remembers from one session to the next what is going on with me. Talkspace it’s self is providing an invaluable service connecting people in need to professionals right in their own home.

Great experience
I had a great experience with my therapist. She's kind, professional, and very understanding. I always felt listened to and supported. The sessions were helpful and meaningful, and I would definitely recommend them.

My therapist is so understanding
My therapist is so understanding. She lets me just talk about my feelings and anxiety without asking me the usual questions. My first visit felt like I was just babbling about nothing but she told me I was doing great. The service has helped me so much.

I like using Talkspace
I like using Talkspace, it gives you that flexibility without having to go in person, plus using the chat to speak with your Therapist! I have been using this app for 4 years! It just never disappoints!

Everyone should use it!
I love the convenience and flexibility of virtual therapy! It makes it less stressful to try to fit into our busy schedule, and I really like my therapist! My daughter also loves hers!
