Great therapist but the portal won’t update
I like my therapist very much, but the portal won’t update showing that I switched from insurance to self pay sessions, and even though I scheduled another appointment, I now can’t log in unless I pay for the self pay option again. You need to fix the portal

Providers are good but the app is…
Providers are good but the app is terrible and the website and app don't support password autofill like every other website (healthcare included), which is really inconvenient. I've had appointments cut short due to technical issues (my internet service was not the issue)

Its ok
Ive had a challenge in finding a therapist that I feel is suitable. Atleast 2 cancelled numerous times, one was a no show with no explanation, and the most recent session I had was with a nice person but Im uncertain if it will be a good fit. It serves its purpose and may work for others. I will give it another chance

The app just gives me problems which…
The app just gives me problems which then I have to go to the website. Doesn't want to let me read my messages, won't let me go beyond the page I'm on, etc... there are definitely a few quarks that need to be ironed out.

My therapist is top class but Talkspace platform is not friendly
My therapist is top class, he is perfect! 5 stars to him. However, Talkspace platform itself is very unfriendly. My company has a firewall that blocks calls from it. I have to disconnect WiFi and use 5G to take the calls. No one from Talkspace customer support helped with this issue.

The meeting with my provider was great
The meeting with my provider was great: once I finally figured out how to access her. I mistook what I booked and it was through messaging which gave me time to think about our exchange. Working with Talkspace's platform was very frustrating. First I set up messaging with my provider and it used up one of my sessions. The only thing included in this exchange was the doctor introducing herself to me which I had already read during the selection of providers. This happened once again and I had no idea the window closed in 5 days. Now I have lost 2 sessions. This added to the frustration. So I had one 45 minutes session and my session credits are used up. I would have called the experience a nightmare (how I actually felt) but it was requested I be constructive.

I like being able to talk to someone on…
I like being able to talk to someone on here, it's convenient. My only complaint is every time I am scheduled for a session, something goes wrong, either we can't hear each other or she has a problem with communicating with me, we spend the first five to ten minutes trying to get our session going. Once we get our session going it's great.
