Useful to talk things out

I have been using this platform for a while and have consistently had a pleasant experience.

I was in a really difficult place when I first started looking for help. Around that time, my employer sent out an email saying they partnered with Talkspace. I was hesitant at first because I had only ever done in-person therapy and wasn’t sure how virtual sessions would feel. I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did. I’ve now been using Talkspace for two years and absolutely love it. One of the best parts is how easy it is to switch therapists if the first one isn’t the right fit. You can try a few sessions and move on until you find someone who truly works for you, which made the process feel much less stressful. I recommend Talkspace to everyone because mental health is incredibly important, and this platform makes getting support accessible and comfortable.

My son has had a great experience with his online counselor. She talks to him like a real person, not at him, and adjusts her approach to what he needs. As a child with Asperger’s and anxiety, that has made him feel comfortable and understood. We’re very thankful for her support.
