Five stars isn't enough ARRAS KHALEDI

Five stars isn't enough. I'm currently working with Dr. Arras Khaledi through Talkspace, and I wanted to take the time to write this because he's made such a meaningful difference in my life. Before meeting him, I didn't believe therapy worked. My earlier experiences left me feeling judged and unheard. But with Dr. Khaledi, that changed. I first came to him carrying years of grief after losing my dad, along with anxiety and family stress. He never once made me feel rushed or broken. He listened. He asked thoughtful questions and helped me discover answers and strengths I didn't know I had. One moment I'll never forget is when he created a guided meditation just for me before an interview. He wove in my faith, my dad, my husband, and my kids. It was personal, it was compassionate, and exactly what I needed. Even now, while I'm still in therapy, every session feels authentic. Sometimes it's deep work. Sometimes it's an everyday check-in. But I always walk away feeling lighter and stronger. Dr. Khaledi didn't just help me through tough seasons. He helped me believe in therapy. I feel genuinely cared for and I'm grateful to continue working with him.
