Great therapist, horrible technology
Talkspace has helped me find a great therapist that I connect with and have been able to talk through many scenarios. The app is terrible doesn’t know what time zone you are in and sets everything to Central regardless. Disconnects randomly during sessions.

The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star…
The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because of customer service. The therapists have been absolutely fantastic! However, the amount of time it takes customer service to respond to a question about an account is outrageous. It took over 2 weeks for someone to get back to me, and that was after reaching out on two separate messages.

I appreciate the pace that my counselor…
I appreciate the pace that my counselor took me on through my sessions. Our connections were never fully in sync each time, but that was minor. I do wish I had more time through my employment insurer, but it has been an insightful journey.

Great therapists are available.
Great therapists are available. The pricing for things isn't transparent regarding messaging cost and length of time your subscription is good for.

Great Platform, insurance issues
It has been a great platform. The only thing that is frustrating is not necessarily even talkspace's fault, and that is insurance companies not being clear about the copays and what would count. Making costs clearer via insurance sooner would be helpful.
