I’ve had a great experience
I’ve had a great experience! It was easy to sign up and verify my insurance. I am lucky to have found a match in therapist my first go around. My only complaint is every session I am charged a $25 copay, then refunded $15 after my insurance processed because my copay is actually $10. It’s not a huge deal to me but should be noted.

Experience with Talkspace
I’ve had a great experience with Talkspace and with my counselor. The platform is easy to use, scheduling is simple, and the extra classes and resources are a nice bonus. The price feels fair for the quality of care. My counselor is professional, dedicated, and helps me grow at a comfortable pace. I feel supported and never rushed. Overall, a very positive experience.

Nice to see and hear counselor
Nice to see and hear counselor. She is great! I felt heard and validated. I had always been "too busy" to see someone but the flexible schedule and zoom makes it possible for me to be at home with my dogs and feel relaxed because I'm at home. Very convenient and helpful.
