Talkspace was cool, but the fees were brutal. With my insurance, I paid about $38 for 45 minutes with my therapist. But lately, I stopped getting Talkspace notifications, and every other week, there was a $130 charge on my card. I get that it's their time, so I paid it a couple of times and told my therapist (who I like) that the charges were killing me. The next week, another $130. I asked if they could call me since it's a voice call so I wouldn't miss the appointment, but my therapist said they couldn't. Two weeks later, $130 for nothing, then $40 for nothing, then another charge. I got charged for three weeks without talking to anyone. I've loved Talkspace since the beginning, but I'm done. I'm not going back to a platform that won't call me for our phone appointments. I was a long-time fan, but I'm over Talkspace. There are so many online therapy options, and they CAN call. I was so excited to invest when they went public. It's just become a money-grabbing platform, unfortunately.

Company has false advertising, says with certain insurance you only have to pay $10. Incorrect information. Should be changed.

It's nearly impossible to get medical records from them. I've been waiting over a month and their customer service is not helpful. My disability is reliant on this documentation and I'm unable to get help from anyone.

2/4 times I had an appointment we couldn’t hear or see each other. Instead of trying to reschedule for later in the week she cancelled and said to wait till next session. I would like to have someone who I could speak to weekly or at least how I’m scheduled.

I just feel like it’s not working at all. It’s more like a venting service but I’m not improving even slightly.

The introductory session was okay but it was simply a tell the new guy a bit about myself. I haven't heard back regarding a next session much less a possible schedule. The only times that Richard had available were evening times which if it would aid in getting things going, I would accept though I much prefer morning appointments as construction sometimes traps you into longer days by hours, unpredictably. I'm very unhappy with not being contacted at a week and a half since my session.

Is functional. I usually miss 5 minutes or so per session because the audio never connects correctly the first time. Buggy. Frequently have to jump out and back in to session at the beginning to get it working - the counselor as well. It's functional. I can't day anything better about it.

If and when the client is having trouble with your website after so many attempts (3 or more) of back and forth emails that was going no where it would have been helpful to actually contact the customer or provide a phone number to call. Some of us are technically challenge (seniors). Also the site doesn't allow to removal of an old room which is sometime confusing to book the next appointment. Error could happen when accidently booking an old room and having to pay out of pocket when there is an insurance on file. (again some seniors are technically challenge)
