Very easy to find a provider and set up appointments. The app tracks your progress, and the providers are extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. I enjoy how easy it is to set up or cancel and appoint. There are constant reminders so you don’t miss an appointment. I also enjoy how you can either, text, call, or video call.

I really enjoy the ease of having zoom…
I really enjoy the ease of having zoom sessions. It helps me and my therapist when scheduling. I also really appreciate the insight and directness from my sessions. It's been a great addition to my personal wellness journey.

All-around Fantastic Experience!
I was fortunate enough to be assigned a therapist that was the perfect fit right off the bat. In addition to being connected with an awesome therapist, the platform is very easy to use, I love the self-scheduling, and the cost is extremely budget-friendly!
