My therapist is great - no issues with her. It’s just not super clear how the pricing works, one moment I think my I arrange covers the whole thing, then I’m paying $35, and then next thing I know it’s $120. Had I known that was the case I wouldn’t have used Talkspace.

I felt the session was cut short because it ended at 33 minutes and the flow of the conversation was lacking.

I liked having someone to talk to, but my therapist seemed to repeat the same thing over and over again for the first 30 mins of the session and then not seem to remember what we talked about prior so we would have to start over again on the last 30 mins. Then I was charged $137 per week. All I seemed to get out of it was a few book recommendations a week. Other than that it was just giving me memes to review and recommendations to breath work classes. I didn’t find it worth it

I like my therapist but I keep getting rescheduled. It’s been numerous times now and it’s either family (which I get) or for work where she is traveling. I can u destined that as well but I’ve never had a job where I didn’t know I was traveling ahead of time. So why schedule when traveling?

While the therapists are great, tech support is not. I’ve had a ticket out for weeks now and have reached out twice for an update with no response. Because of this I haven’t been able to have a session in WEEKS.

It took me five initial meetings to find a therapist I truly connected with, but I eventually did—and I’m glad I stuck with it. While it’s not quite the same as in-person therapy and doesn’t feel as specialized, it’s absolutely better than nothing. If this is your only option, it’s definitely worth trying.

Hard to find a good match. Reminders are helpful. Overall the therapist I ended up with is helping. Would like to see more PhDs and fewer social workers though.

The search mechanism for finding a therapist works extremely well. I loved the two therapists I have had (the first one left the company). The only issue I have had was adding a secondary insurance to my account. No matter how many times I tried it would just prompt me to find a new therapist using the new insurance. I eventually just gave up as the helpline was just a bot that kept giving me the same link and telling me the same information. I was unable to get help from an actual person.
