The website is easy to navigate
The website is easy to navigate. Changing therapists is easy too. I love my therapist, she is exactly what I need in this transition phase of my life. I have felt the most safe and free with my current talkspace therapist than ever before.

My experience with Talkspace has been great
I’ve had a great experience with both a therapist and a psychiatrist for meds. They are both fantastic. What I really like about it is that you can text them anytime you have a question or concern.

Finding New Ways.
My work with my therapist has been really great. They give me some solid practices that help me work through the challenges I've been encountering. We talk about the details and they help me to identify some things I've struggled to notice, along with how to go about them in new ways. Carrying the advice into my day/life I've been able to find the confidence to confront the things that have been troubeling me and to find the ways to bring more satisfaction into my personal experience.

Understanding Struggles and Acting on them
It has thoroughly helped me better understand where I am struggling and how I can understand how to better deal with those things. It has been so great and I continue to look forward to my sessions.
