Unaffordable
I found an excellent therapist through TS. However, it has become unaffordable and the offered subscriptions do not meet my needs or my budget. The rate in Oregon is around $50 an hour. The subscription offered during my latest renewal amounted to $200 an hour (four half hour appointments for almost $400). Definitely not acceptable.

I think the service is great.
I think the service is great.. but hate when it just drops out and you have restart video or it ends early without warning and it won’t restart

Experience depends on provider
I’ve had a great provider. Then had one provider who did not show to an appointment and I never received a response from.

Lack of connection with therapist
While I appreciated the time spend with my therapist, I personally did not feel a connection. That is an important threshold for me.

I really enjoyed the ease of finding…
I really enjoyed the ease of finding and connecting with my therapist. However, I am knocking some points off due to the technical challenges I face while I am talking to my therapist. For instance, oftentimes the website/app crashes in the middle of sessions and when I log back in either the sound or the camera is messed up.

My therapist is great
My therapist is great! However, the app is not letting me book more sessions and has no real support to solve the problem. So now I have no therapy.

I really like my therapist, but app is too glitchy
I really like my therapist. That said, I find the app in recent years very buggy, and it’s a near daily occurrence that after leaving a five minute message, the app will freeze, forcing me to close out of the app and re-record, among other technical issues.

I liked my talk with the therapist
I liked my talk with the therapist. I don't like the fact that I've a balance due even though the service is through my employers Employee Assistance Program
