Absolutely awful and so unprofessional. My therapist was on her cell phone throughout our session today, and disclosed she shared my story with her friends. She talked like we were friends about her past completely ignoring what I asked to discuss. This was my 1st time in any form of counseling and am definitely doubting I will again

I was abruptly disconnected w my therapist that I had worked with for several months and given ONE option these online portals are just really monopolizing on people’s mental health without actually caring about the care provided update: I’m changing my stars to one bc Talkspace just flat out stinks. Nobody has reached out and the repainted about going to feedback is straight up gaslighting there is no such feedback option in their site.

I had an appointment for an evaluation to be done, as I am applying for LTD. THIS IS TIME SENSITIVE! I have been requesting and waiting over a week now for the report. This is unacceptable. I'm not asking for years worth of documentation. They need to better facilitate how they handle medical records. What if I were applying for a job that needed this? They have "up to 30 days". NO GOOD

Charges $435.00 for sessions that are unused. Communication very difficult and limited to multiple choice of their choosing. Company human contact non existent. I want to cancel asap and regret trying to use this 'service'.

Very bad. Need you to fill out form to delete private data, and they will tell you they have to keep your personal data for 10 years because of the law.

CRIMINALS THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD EVEN WHEN THEY SAY THEY WONT. I NEVER SIGNED UP AND ATTEMPTED TO DELETE EVERYTHING. THEY REFUSED TO DELETE MY CREDIT CARD AND THE ONLY WAY THEY WILL STOP CHARGING ME IS IF I GIVE THEM MY LICENSE????? THEY WANT MORE OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. OH NO !!! THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM AND EXTREME IDENTITY SELLING GOING ON.THEY DESTROY MY CREDIT AND I NEVER EVEN JOINED!!!! RUN!!!

I am extremely upset with my experience here. I’ve been trying to start therapy for years due to depression/anxiety but I could never afford it. I found Talkspace through my insurance company and when I signed up I was told my insurance completely covered it and I would owe $0 per session. I’ve done two sessions total and they were great, however I just got hit with a $135 charge on my card that I do not have. Then received an email saying my insurance actually doesn’t cover their sessions so now I’m being charged. I’m extremely upset. This should have been communicated to me before I started any sessions. I’m going through financial hardships that are greatly contributing to my depression and now my “therapist” is taking money I don’t have and never agreed to pay. Now I don’t know how I’m going to pay my rent next week. Steer clear away from this company, I feel cheated and now I’m left without a therapist while my mental health is declining. Do not trust your health with this company.
