I don't care about the company or the…
I don't care about the company or the app. The therapist was very helpful. And now i can see someone in person.

Great provider. Terrible software.
Great experience with the provider, but the software workflow interferes with the experience. After you schedule an appointment you have to go back into the app and confirm it. If you’re busy and you forget, you don’t have an appointment. Beyond that, the session occassionally fails to load and the app tries to charge you for a “chat session” while you trouble shoot with the provider or try to reschedule. It’s so much easier to just schedule with a provider. You make a phone call and it’s done - no multi-step process.

I really enjoyed talking to Jennifer. I thought the space was great. Its too hard to tell if we are a good match but I felt better afterwards.

Great matching with therapists
Great matching with therapists, I felt like the therapist I matched with fit me perfectly! The only thing I would say is not the best about Talkspace is if you don’t have or are in a place with bad internet the connection is pretty bad and you end up having a hard time if you’re on a video call appointment. Other than that it’s my only complaint since the rest of it is amazing :)

Friendly sessions
Paul was very friendly and cordial, unfortunately the sessions were not free, and I can't afford anything else at this time.
