I love everything about Talkspace. Even before I got matched with my amazing therapist, I loved that it was so easy to schedule calls and reschedule if something came up. I love that I can message my therapist, which is great if I’m struggling with something or if I need to bring her up to speed on something in advance of my video session! This is therapy that fits into my life with zero hassle.

In a time when finding behavioral health services is very difficult due to long wait lists or insurance limitations, Talkspace was able to match me with not one but two quality providers and I had appointments scheduled within days.
