I love being able to text with a therapist instead of having to go in person to therapy. I can text my therapist whenever I need to and will always get a text back same-day.

Ease of the App & Quality of Therapist
The ease of applying through the TalkSpace app to secure a therapist & also the quality of therapist available. I have been in therapy for the past 4years due to balancing out medical diagnosis that unfortunately do not have a cure; therefore, mentally have an impact as I am a mom of 4, but the therapist I have on TalkSpace has been the best therapist I have had thus far. I went from using the free sessions to utilizing my insurance.
